FUNERAL THURSDAY FOR VIRGIL THOMAS

Funeral services for Wm. Virgil Thomas, 42, who died of an asthmatic heart condition at his home in Malad early Monday morning, will be conducted Thursday in the Malad Second Ward with Bishop A.G. Willie in charge.

Born November 26, 1909, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Willie H. Thomas, Mr. Thomas was educated in the Malad schools and spent his life here. He had been employed by his brother for the past 15 years. On July 25, 1939 he was married to Jessie Gibson at Ogden.

Survivors include his wife and parents, two children, Linda Lee and Michael; three step children, Gene, Colleen and Kay, three brothers, Sam Thomas, Malad; Arnold Thomas, Downey, CA; Russell Thomas, Los Angeles; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Colley, Los Angeles.
