Vera Louise Morgan, 93 passed away Wednesday, February 12, 1997 in Ogden of causes incident to age.
She was born December 7, 1903 in Arlington, Nebraska, the daughter of John Wesley and Jessie May Eads. She was the fourth of seven children all of whom she survived.
On Feb. 6, 1922 she married Paul James Morgan in Casper, Wyoming. They moved to Ogden Utah in 1940.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ruth I. Morgan of Roy, Utah; Five grandchildren, C. Brent Morgan, Hooper; Sue (Kim) Evans, Malad, Idaho; Marylou (Lane) Bigler, Mesa, Arizona; Nancy (Paul) Burton, Hooper; and Dr. Paul W. (Kerry) Morgan, Salt Lake City, Utah. Also surviving are 16 great-grandchildren and 3 ½ great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Virginia Lee and Pauline; and one son, Charles Wesley Morgan.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 19, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery with Father Charles Cummins officiating. Funeral services under the direction of Myers Mortuary of Roy.
