EVANS, THOMAS A., July 28, 1899 – July 30, 1984

Thomas A. Evans passed away July 30, 1984 at his home in Malad. He was born July 28, 1899 in Malad where he had been a resident all his lifetime.

Mr. Evans managed the hardware department at Evans Co-op for 47 years and retired in 1966. He married Davinah Atkinson on November 7, 1917 in Malad.

Mr. Evans is survived by his wife of Malad; three sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Hanson, Mrs. Ray (Fern) Hogg; Mrs. Margaret Reynolds, all of Ogden; a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Vera Mae) Burnes, Bountiful; and two sons, Thomas Marion, Malad and Eldon T., Hagerman, ID; 11 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one son, Ernest Evans.
