Funeral held Friday at Ogden for Betty Colton Davis, 42

Funeral services were conducted Friday at Ogden for Mrs. Susan (Betty) Gertrude Colton Davis, age 42, who died Oct. 2nd (1968) at an Ogden hospital.

Mrs. Davis was born Nov. 26, 1925 at Alhambra, Calif., a daughter of Joseph and Hazel Lundy Colton. She was educated in Malad schools and married Zephaniah Davis at Malad on April 26, 1916. She has been a resident of Ogden for 21 years. Mrs. Davis was a former president of the 57th Ward LDS Primary.

Surviving are her husband; two sons and a daughter, Thomas Z., with the US Army at Ft. Riley, Kansas; Hal and Suzanne, both of Ogden; parents, Malad; brothers and sisters, Stanley, Mrs. Morris (Phyllis) Perkins, Pocatello; LaVern, Malad; Mrs. Gene (Hazel Dean) Barfuss, Mrs. Erless (Joyce) Draper, Pleasant View, Utah.

Burial was in the Ogden City Cemetery.
