Funeral services to be held Friday for Robert N. Pitzer

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Benson Funeral Home for Robert M.[N.] Pitzer, age 56, who died Monday morning [3 Oct 1970] at Valley West Hospital, Granger, Utah, of natural causes.

Mr. Pitzer was born March 7, 1914, at Mannington, West Va. to Howard Vance and Maude Blanche Mason Pitzer. He was a graduate of Pittsburgh High School and he played football in high school and college at Pittsburgh, Pa. An aircraft mechanic at Hill Air Force Base during World War II, he and his wife, the former Reva Hughes whom he married Sept. 29, 1945 at Malad, moved to Cheyenne, Wyo. for a year before going to Berea, Ohio where they have lived since that time. Mr. and Mrs. Pitzer were in the process of moving to Malad to retire when he was stricken.

Surviving is his widow of Malad
