Mrs. Rachel Evans Owens, age 74, died July 4th at San Dimas, Calif.. Burial was in Westminister Park, Westminister, Calif.
Mrs. Evans was born at Malad, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jousah W. Evans. She married Thomas Owens and they moved to California in 1930. Mr. Owens died at Long Beach in 1949.
Among the survivors are two sons, William E. and John T., six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
