Morgan William Tovey, Jr., born August 6, 1928 in Malad City, ID, died August 9, 2003 in Portland, OR. He was 75.

Morgan graduated from Malad High School and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho. He maintained an architecture practice in Pocatello before moving to Pasadena, CA and later Portland, OR.

He is survived by his two children: Morgan W. Tovey III and Marianne T. Partain; daughter in law, Kelly Collins Tovey; son in law, Terry Partain; four grandchildren: Jack Tovey, Kate Tovey, Chloe Partain and Camille pertain; three siblings: Winifred Alldaffer, Mary Sue Borden and Roger Tovey; and his ex-wives: Chloe Price Coffman and Eva McTagan.

Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, Morgan W. Tovey, Sr. and Gwenfred Evelyn Jones Tovey; and his siblings, John D. Tovey and Daniel Cleve Tovey.

Morgan served in the US Air Force as a First Lieutenant from 1952-54 during the Korean War. He received an honorable discharge.

A memorial service will be held August 16, 2003 in Portland at the World Wide Church of God, Portland West Congregation.
