MORGAN E. TOVEY, 61, DIED AT BOISE

Morgan Evans Tovey, age 61, died April 10, 1975 at the Veterans Home, Boise, following an extended illness.

Mr. Tovey was born April 23, 1913 at Cherry Creek, ID, a son of Morgan F. and Martha J. Evans Tovey. He married Faye Williams on Jan. 28, 1937 at Malad. They were later divorced.

Mr. Tovey lived in the Malad area when he attended school. He later attended University of Idaho, ,Moscow, and Utah State University, Logan. For the past 20 years he has lived in the Nampa, ID area.

During World War II, he served with the US Navy for years.

Surviving are three sons, Grant, Michael, Larry, all of California, and a brother, Daniel, Malad.

Bishop Donald Vaughan officiated at funeral services Monday in Benson Funeral Home.

Invocation was offered by George Ward and benediction, Michael Tovey. Speakers were Bishop James Madson and Bishop Vaughan, who read the obituary. Solos were sung by Barbara Call and Carol Daniels. Prelude and postlude music was played by Emma S. Ward.

Delton Ward offered the dedicatory prayer at Malad City Cemetery.

American Legion, Ernest W. Jones Post. No. 65 provided military rites and color guard. Cherry Creek Ward Relief Society, Alta Moon, was in charge of flowers.

Casket bearers were jack Evans, Rex Evans, Michael Tovey, Larry Tovey, John D. Tovey and Gerald Tovey.
