Mary Thomas Davis (Birth 21 Jan 1887/Death 24 Apr 1943)

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Thomas Davis, 56, who died at Everett, Wash., April 24,(1943) were held at the Malad stake tabernacle
Wednesday afternoon with Bishop William W. Thomas presiding.
The speakers were Bishop Thomas and S. A. Hendricks. Musical numbers were two selections by the Singing Mothers and a violin solo by Mrs. Fern Willie. The invocation was by Patriarch William H. Richards and the benediction by E. E. Richards.
Burial was in the Malad cemetery with J. Guy Benson dedicating the grave.
Mrs. Davis was born at Malad Jan. 21, 1887, the daughter of John R. and Sara Owens Thomas. She was married to John M. Davis in 1910.
He died June 11, 1932.
Mrs. Davis is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Andrew Ross McManus, Los Angeles, Calif.. Mrs. Wesley A. Clanton. Everett, Wash., Mrs. Ellis L. Hansen, Salt Lake City, Utah, Mrs. Carl Dewegeli, El-Monte, Calif., one son, Arnold T. Davis. Salt Lake City, Utah; four brothers, Daniel R. Thomas and Oscar Thomas of Malad, Chester Thomas and Richard Thomas of Garfield, Utah, two sisters, Mrs. Henry W. Thomas and Mrs. Vera Hansen of Malad.
