WADE, MARY ANN WILLIAMS, April 28, 1914 – November 11, 2004

Mary Ann Williams Wade passed away November 11, 2004 in Salt Lake City at the age of 90. She was born in Malad, Idaho to Chauncey Williams and Carrie Adams on April 28, 1914.

She married Wallace H. Wade in 1930 and lived in Ogden after her marriage until retiring to Oceanside, Ca in 1988.

Mary Ann was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling and golfing. She was also an ardent bowler.

She is survived by a daughter, Cara Lee Wade Maxwell of Ogden, UT; a grandson, Jonathan D. Wade of Ogden, UT; a granddaughter, Kris Dee Warner Hatch of Littleton, CO; a grandson Matthew B. Wade of Milton, VT; granddaughters, Carrie J. Pakulski of Williston, VT and Jennifer A. Wade of Burlington, VT; also three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and by her son, Wallace D. Wade.

Graveside services will be held in Oceanside. CA.
