Margaret Noble Morgan, 84 died Wednesday, September 17, 1997 at her home following a protracted illness.
She was born January 29, 1913 in Malad City, Idaho, the daughter of Don A. and Margaret Jones Noble.
Margaret married Glen W. Morgan in 1937 in Salt Lake City. Glen passed away on October 5, 1992.
She was a bright and well educated person. For many years Margaret practiced as a registered nurse in the Salt Lake area, providing care to those in need. Her life’s work was actually that of being a wife, mother and homemaker; she excelled in those areas. Most of all, Margaret was a sweet, kind and honest person, an example to all who knew her.
Surviving are her son, Donald G. (LuJean) Morgan, Salt Lake City; two grandchildren, Steven D. and Kirsten Morgan; a sister, Katherine N. Walker, Salt Lake City, and a brother, Don (Norma) Noble, Preston, Idaho.
Special appreciation and gratitude are extended to Margaret’s granddaughter, Kirsten Morgan, who so lovingly and tenderly cared for her under very difficult circumstances. Also, the same is extended to her son, Donald G. Morgan, her sister, Katherine Walker, and her loyal dog, Charlie. Their love and devotion made Margaret’s life more comfortable and full.
Margaret will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was a source of strength, love and especially kindness.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside on Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. John Cemetery in Malad, Idaho.
Friends may call at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East, on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
