Funeral services over the remains of Mrs. Harry Cottington (Marella Blanche Jones), 40, were held from the family residence of John T. Owens, father of the former husband of Mrs. Cottington, here today, October 23, 1930.

Death is said to have come following a nervous break-down, ill health, and despondency. Mrs. Cottington, formerly Mrs. John Owens, also deceased, and daughter of Ephraim Jones of St. John, is the mother of eight children and was highly respected throughout the county. Mr. Cottington left recently for Independence, Missouri, and was not at home at the time of her death. She is a member of the L. D. S. Church and was buried in the Malad cemetery.
