Mrs. Mabel Vanetta Clark Nieffenegger, age 91, of Malad died Monday, Nov. 28, 1977 in San Bernardino, Calif., at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Fern Phalpett.
She was born Oct. 13, 1896 at Malad, a daughter of William and Harriet M. Williams Clark.
She was married to Henry Nieffenegger January 17, 1906 in Elkhorn. He died March 28, 1960.
She was a member of the reorganized LDS Church.
Survivors include three sons and three daughters: Elmer Nieffenegger, Arimo; Niel L. Nieffenegger, Clearfield; LaVere J. Nieffenegger, Malad; Mrs. Wilson (Edna) Ritchie, Colton, Calif; Mrs. Orley (Fern) Phalpett, and Mrs. Don (Julie) Bailey, both San Bernardino, Calif.; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Friday at noon in the Benson Funeral Home, where friends may call Thursday evening and Friday prior to service. Burial will be in the Malad City Cemetery.
