Lottie Pamela Evans

EVANS, LOTTIE P., April 6, 1897 – December 3, 1965

Funeral services were held Monday at Malad Fourth Ward Chapel for Lottie Pamela Evans, age 68, who died December 3, 1965 in Pocatello after a long illness. Bishop Earl Gillies officiated, family prayer was offered by Jesse Hughes, the invocation by S.A. Hendricks, the benediction by Bishop Golden Willie, speakers were Pres. S.L. Smith, Ralph W. Harding, Bishop Gillies and Mrs. William Moon, who read the obituary. Special musical numbers were a trio, Margaret Boam, Muriel Wilding and Mary Christensen, duet, Wanda Napier and Opal Peck, solo, Carolyn E. Derricott. Accompanists were Marie Zappitello, Ethel Evans and J. Wesley Crowther. Prelude and postlude music was played by Catherine E. Limb.

Bishop Carl A. Evans offered the dedicatory prayer at the Malad City Cemetery. Bearers were Ray Evans, Garn Evans, Joe Lindsey, Lynn Evans, Herbert Bowles, Ben A. Evans. Flowers were carried by relatives, friends and members of the Fourth Ward Relief Society. Interment was directed by Benson Funeral Home.

Miss Evans was born April 6, 1897 at Malad to John J. and Margaret Adams Evans. She was a member of the LDS Church.
