KATHRYNE FAY SPENCER

Kathryne Fay “Kelly” Spencer of Lebanon, OH passed away October 31, 2012 at the age of 90.

A native of Kentucy, she was the daughter of Wilbur D. and Hetha Ryle Kelly and was born at Robbit Hash, KY.

She was a retired Ohio State employee from Longview State Hospital of Cincinnati. She had also been employed at the Methodist Book Co. in Ohio. The Covington Protestant Children’s Home and the Owenton Hospital in Kentucky. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include three sons: Jerry Cecil and wife Marion of Winchester, KY; Rev. Don Bickers and wife Pat of Walhalla, SC; Robert Bickers and wife Neoma of Malad City, ID; daughters include: Barbra Kelly of Bedford, IN; Toni Steele and husband A. W. of Lebanon, OH; and Nina Burke and husband John of Nicholasville, KY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother; her first husband, Norvin T. Bickers, and her last husband, George Spencer, also two children: Charles Lee and Norvin Lewis, and a grandson Davey Law of Scottsburg, IN. She has 22 grandchildren, 48 grandchildren, one deceased and 18 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service was on November 3 at Stith Funeral Home, Florence, KY. Burial was in Belleview Cemetery, Belleview, KY.
