Julie Suzanne Palmer Facer, 3 July 1952

Julie Suzanne Palmer Facer, 50, of Malad, passed away on July 30, 2002 in the Oneida County Hospital.

She was born July 3, 1952 in Montpelier, ID, a daughter of George A. and Norma H. Johnson Palmer. She was raised and educated in Malad, was a graduate of Malad High School, and later attended ISU, where she majored in business. Julie then worked for the ISU accounting department for three years.

She married Blaine Clay Seamons, and they later divorced.

In 1992, she began employment with Autoliv Company at Promontory, near Brigham City, UT. There she met John V. Facer. They were married in October of 1993 in Malad, where they had since resided.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served in various callings. Julie loved the outdoors, horseback riding, camping and reading.

She is survived by her husband, John V. Facer, Malad; children: Bryan Clayton Seamons and Brynn Shantel Seamons, both of Malad; stepchildren: Brook John (Lana) Facer, Brigham City, UT; Brett James (Ann) Facer, Columbia City, IA; six step grandchildren; parents, George and Norma Palmer, Malad; two brothers, Delwyn (Shanna) Palmer, Castle Rock, CO; Blair (Heather) Palmer, Riverdale, UT; sisters: Maureen (Boyd) Stokes, Malad; Lynae (Lynn) Park, Ririe, ID; Karalee Palmer and Tamara (Wayne) Raymond, both of Idaho Falls, ID.

Funeral services were held August 2, 2002 in the Malad LDS Stake Chapel. Burial was in the Malad City Cemetery.
