John Wilson Clark (Birth 24 October 24, 1941)

John Wilson Clark, 49, our beloved husband, father, brother, and friend passed away Saturday, September 14, 1991 at his home.

He was born October 24, 1941, in Tremonton, a son of Woodrow Wilson and Katherine John Clark. He married Kathie Nelson, September 8, 1966, in Ogden. Mr. Clark lived in Portage all of his life and graduated from Bear River High School.

John was a lifelong rancher and enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, and was loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.

He was a member of the LDS Church.

Surviving are his wife of Portage; four sons, Stacey, Burke, and Kevin Clark, all Portage; Travis Clark, Tremonton; grandfather, Ora John, Portage; three brothers and their spouces; Hugh L. and Ethelann Clark; Ron Clark, Tremonton, Utah; Jeff and Michellee Clark, Los Osos, California two sisters and their spouses, Kathy and David DeGroot, Jean and Gene Koford, both of Ogden, He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 18, 10:00 noon, at the Portage Ward Chapel, with Bishop Bud Lee Knudsen, officiating. Burial was in the Portage Cemetery.
