Funeral services for Jean Marshall Hadley, 72 of Downey and wife of Jack Hadley, who died early Thursday, Oct. 16, 1997 at her home, will be Monday, Oct. 20, at noon at the Downey LDS Ward Chapel.
Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10-10:45 a.m. A complete obituary will appear in Sunday’s Idaho State Journal. Arrangements are under the direction of Horsley’s Marsh Valley Funeral Home, Arimo.

JEAN HADLEY
Jean Marshall Hadley, 72, of Downey, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 16, 1997 at her home.
She was born Feb. 23, 1925, in Downey, a daughter of Isaac “Ike” and Sarah Deseret “Des” Bloxham Marshall. She attended school in Downey and graduated from Downey High School.
On Sept. 27, 1945, she married Jack M. Hadley in Las Vegas, Nev.
She was a member of the LDS Church. Jean loved flowers, yard work, oil painting and her family.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jack M. Hadley; three daughters and their spouses: Jackie (Gordon) Myler, of Downey; Nancy (Don) Myler, of Boise; and Sandra (Kip) Morrison of Downey; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Marjorie Bickmore.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, Oct. 20 in the Downey Ward LDS Chapel, the family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10 to 11:45 a.m.
Burial will be in the Downey City Cemetery.
