Funeral Rites for William Hadfield
Funeral services for William Hadfield who died August 27 were held Saturday, August 30, at the Second ward tabernacle with Parry Harrison of the Second ward bishopric presiding.
The speakers were James B. Jones, J.M. Isaacson and Parry Harrison. The musical numbers were furnished by Mrs. Lee Ossmen, Stillman Harris, and Elmer Hunsaker. Prayers were offered by J.W. Hawkes and Don Harris and Wesley Crowther played the prelude and postlude.
Interment was in the Smithfield, Utah, cemetery where John Lamb dedicated the grave.
