EVANS, HAZEL MORGAN, December 3, 1989 – February 2, 1976

Mrs. Hazel Morgan Evans, age 86, of Nampa and former Malad City resident, died February 2 of a long illness in a Nampa nursing home. She was born December 3, 1989 at Malad City, a daughter of David J. and Elizabeth Williams Morgan.

She was married to Joshua F. Evans May 8, 1912 in Malad. Mr. Evans died in 1949.

Mrs. Evans was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church and a member of the Rebecca Lodge. She moved to Nampa in 1968.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Glen (Etha) Chappel of Nampa, and one brother, Leland Morgan of Malad.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the First United Presbyterian Church with the Reverend S. Norman Naugler officiating.

Friends may call at Benson Funeral Home Friday two hours before service.. Burial in the Malad City Cemetery.
