FOSS, FRANK, (?) – March 12, 1931

Frank Foss, 56, member of the local firm of Foss Brothers Furniture Co., died Friday morning at a local hospital following an illness of ether-pneumonia.

Mr. Foss accidently cut off his thumb on Saturday of last week while cutting wood. He was removed to the hospital while suffering intense pain, and received prompt medical attention which was without avail.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emily Evans Foss and four children.

Mrs. Foss is the only daughter of the late D.L. Evans and a sister of D.L. Evans, Jr. of Malad.

Scores of relatives and friends attended the funeral held at Preston. Pres. D.P. Woodland was one of the speakers and musical numbers were furnished by Ren Davis and G. G. Sweeten, accompanied by Ronald Davis.
