Elva Beeton Camp (Birth – 13 January 1899)

Funeral services for Mrs. Elva Beeton Camp, wife of L. M. Camp, who died at her home in St. John Tuesday, (11 Dec 1940) are being held in the Malad stake tabernacle this afternoon. Mrs. Camp’s death came after a lingering illness of a heart ailment. Interment will be in the St. John cemetery.

Mrs. Camp was born January 13, 1899 in Marsh Valley, Idaho, the daughter of Wm. and Anna Knudson Beeton. She was educated in the schools of Deweyville, Utah, later moving to Malad valley with her parent(s) in 1916. She was married to L. (Leo) M. Camp of Malad in August 9, 1928. To this union were born two children, one of whom preceded her in death.

Mrs. Camp is survived by her husband and two daughters, LaVella and Maurine; her mother, Mrs. Anna Beeton and the following brothers: Wm. N. Beeton, James Beeton and Lloyd Beeton of Malad and Clarence Beeton of Lewiston, Utah.
