ELIZA W. REES, AGE 79, DIES WEDNESDAY AT OGDEN

Mrs. Eliza Williams Rees, age 79, died Wednesday, July 5th, [1967] at her home in Ogden. Funeral services were held Saturday in Ogden with interment in the Ogden Cemetery.

Mrs. Rees was born at Samaria on Feb. 10, 1888 to D. D. and Rebecca Price Rees. She was married to Gomer V. Rees Nov. 24, 1904, at Samaria. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City L.D.S. Temple. Surviving are her husband; son, Ray E., North Ogden; daughter, Mrs. Howell (Mae) Mifflin, Roy, Utah; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, David J. Williams, Malad; sisters, Mrs. Mary Hill, Malad; Mrs. Margaret Ripley, New Philadelphia, Ohio; Mrs. Katherine VanAble, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Beatrice Keane, Whittier, Calif.
