MALAD — Edward Francis Clabby, 60, a former Malad resident, died Thursday (31 Dec 1981) at McCall.

He was born Aug. 19, 1921, in Indian Valley, Idaho, near Council, to Robert and Genevieve Robertson Clabby. He attended schools in Council and in 1932 moved to Malad, where he worked for the Oneida County Grain Growers and was also employed by Malad City in the mainte¬nance department for many years. He retired in 1971 and had been living in McCall.

He is survived by two brothers, James, Lewiston, and Don, Salt Lake City; four sisters, Louse Strait and Marguerite Brandeberry, both of Boise; and Inez Smith and Barbara Levie, both of Salt Lake City; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 12 noon in the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home in Malad. Burial was in the Malad City cemetery.
