Delma Morgan Ruegsegger, 77, former Malad resident, died Saturday, April 5, 1997 in Spokane, Wash. She was born April 24, 1919 in Malad, a daughter of Ralph and Manila Jenkins Morgan, and she was the wife of R. John Ruegsegger.
A graveside service will be Friday, April 11, at noon in the Malad City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. Malad, on Friday from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Delma Morgan Ruegsegger, 77, former Malad resident, passed away April 5, 1997 in Spokane, Washington. She was born April 24, 1919 in Malad, a daughter of Ralph and Manila Jenkins Morgan. She married R. John Ruegsegger November 10, 1937 in Malad, where they made their home for 13 years.
In 1950 they moved to Dillon, Montana, where they lived for 37 years and had since resided in Spokane. She was an active member of the LDS church and was a member of the Cowbell’s. She was known for her talent in cooking, raising flowers, and had participated in local fairs.
She is survived by her husband, R. John of Spokane, Washington: four sons: Ralph and wife, Linda, of Santa Barbara, California, Loudon of Dillon, Montana; John L. of Seattle, Washington; Dewey and wife, Cheryl, of Spokane; two daughters: Janice and husband Bob Cleverley, of Ennis, Montana; Linda and husband, Dennis Coplen, of Spokane; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; one sister: Theda Hill of Mackey, Idaho; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 11, 1997 at 12 noon in the Malad City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m..
