EVANS, DAVID R., (?) – April 17, 1943

Funeral services were held at the Malad Second LDS Ward Chapel for David R. Evans who died at the Oneida Hospital April 17, 1943, with Bishop Jesse Hughes presiding.

Prayer at the home was given by John E. Thomas; the opening prayer at the church by E.N. Crowther; closing prayer, J. Guy Gleed, and dedication of the grave, J. Guy Benson. Musical numbers were a vocal duet, Thomas Jenkin Jones and Jenkin Jones; vocal solo, Eldon Corbridge. Mrs. Melvin Atkinson accompanied the musical numbers and played the prelude and postlude music. Speakers were James Vaughan, J.M. Isaacson and Bishop Hughes, who gave the obituary.
