Crystal Arbon Rose passed away Sunday, August 2nd, 2009 in San Diego, California. She was born to James Delome and Verona Smith Arbon on July 12, 1951 in Brigham City, Utah.
Crystal spent the first eight years of her life in Snowville, Utah and then moved to Ogden, Utah where she lived for three years. She then moved to Tremonton, Utah and lived there until 1969.
At that time, she moved to San Diego, California where she lived until her death. Crystal married Donald Rose in the LDS temple in Los Angeles, California on June 27th, 1975. Crystal worked for many years in the San Diego school district with special needs children.
She is survived by her husband, Don; two sons and one daughter, Michael Adam Rose, Matthew Aaron Rose and Alyssa Jean Rose; one grand-daughter, Vivianna Jean Rose; her mother Verona Arbon; one brother, Bruce Arbon; and two sisters, Joan Arbon Henderson and Valerie Arbon Garille. She was preceded in death by her father, Delome Arbon and one brother, James Reed Arbon.
Viewings will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 .m. on Thursday, August 6th (main building) and Friday, August 7th (Chapel of the Roses) at Glen Abbey Mortuary & Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, August 8th, 2009 at 2 p.m. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Third Ward, 1590 East H St., Chula Vista, CA 91913. Burial to follow to Glen Abbey Mortuary & Park at the address listed above.
