Bonnie Price dies at Salt Lake City

Bonnie Jean Kent Price, 1453 Talisman Drive, Salt Lake City, died at her home May 6. [1981]

She was born August 22, 1927 at Newton, Utah to Claude and Lorraine Larsen Kent. She married David L. Price, December 15, 1945 at Malad.

She attended grade school in Daniels and Malad and graduated from Malad High School and attended Utah State University.

She had been a homemaker and was self-employed in the Drapery Business for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Salt Lake City; two sons and two daughters: David Claude, Midland, Michigan; Mrs. Blaine (Nancy) Jeppeson and Mrs. Gary (Debra) Erickson, both of West Valley Utah and Jeff of Salt Lake City. Also surviving is one brother, Larry H. Kent of Idaho Falls and one sister, Mrs. Don (JoAnn) Wylie of Las Vegas, Nevada; three aunts, Rose Sparks of Logan, Utah; Mrs. Phyllis Hunter and Mrs. Joy Jones of Newton, Utah. She had 12 grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 9 at the Rose Park 10th Ward with Bishop Don Holtry[sic] officiating.

The family prayer was offered by Avard Anderson; prelude and postlude music, Jan Kipp; invocation, Steven Kent; speakers, Don Holtry, Bishop Claude Price, Rose Sparks, musical selections, the Ladies Quartet; benediction, Morse Anderson and the dedicatory prayer was given by Claude Price.

Interment was in the Bountiful Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Gary Erickson, Blaine Jeppeson, Greg Leonard, Steven Kent, Roland Leonard, and Sid Kent, Honorary pallbearer was Roy Thomson.
