Anna Leota Smith, Sutton, 93, of Malad, passed away Sunday morning, July 6, 1997 at home.
She was born February 16, 1904 in Denver, Colorado, a daughter of Ernest Richmond and Elizabeth Lester Smith.
She married Murren C. Sutton in 1935 in Provo, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City, LDS Temple. Mr. Sutton passed away January 11, 1982.
She is survived by her daughter, Gwendolyn Sorensen (Dr. Gail Z.) Lewis of Malad; also surviving are five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.’
Funeral services will be July 8, 1997, at 11 a.m. in the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. Malad. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7-8 p.m., and on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A graveside service will be held at the Provo City, Utah Cemetery at 4 p.m.
