GLEED, ALEXANDER
Alexander “Alex” Gleed, age 81, died June 5, 1971 at the Oneida County Hospital of natural causes. Mr. Gleed was born at Malad, May 30, 1890, a son of Alexander and Elvira Denning Gleed. He married Della Bowcutt June 29, 1910 at Brigham City, Utah. A member of the LDS Church, he was a retired farmer.
Surviving are his widow, Malad; sons and daughters, James, Malad; Merlin, Paris; Dean, Idaho Falls; Dale, Mrs. Gladys Hendricks, both of Santa Clara, CA; Mrs. G.V. (Fern) Moser, Mrs. Beth Douglas, both of Bountiful, UT; Mrs. Keith (Neva) Facer, Mrs. Reid (Darlene) Harris, both of Pocatello; Mrs. June Stokes, Brigham City; Mrs. Bill (Jewel) Patterson, Gannett; 48 grandchildren; 62 great grandchildren.
