Roy, Utah – Filo Lewis Raymond, 69, Roy, Utah, died Tuesday [July 17, 1984], at St. Benedict’s Hospital in Ogden, Utah.
He was born March 18, 1915, in McCammon, to Harman Francilla and Ella Maude “Dolly” Lewis Raymond.
He married Ruth Liberty-Ann Broylan Nov. 12, 1936, in Pocatello.
He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Riders of the Wasatch, the U.P. Old Timers, Roy Senior citizens, and DRC of A Lodge No. 428 Old Timers.
He lived in McCammon, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Omaha, Nebraska, and Ogden, Utah. He moved to Roy in 1960.
Survivors include his wife, Roy; a son, Rodney Twane Raymond, Pleasantview, Utah; two daughters, Mrs. Neal E. (Kathaleen) Hunsaker, Brigham City, Utah; Mrs. Cecil P. (Patricia) Taylor III, North Ogden, Utah; four brothers, Otho Lewis Raymond and Russell Lewis Raymond, both of Pocatello; Wendell Lewis Raymond, Ogden; Paul Lewis Raymond, Idaho Falls; four sisters, Mrs. Jim (Phyllis) Anglesy and Mrs. Dough (Connie) McCarty, both of Pocatello; Mrs. Clint (Joyce) Carpenter, Rexburg; and Mrs. Hob (Valerie) Marks, Seattle, Washington.
