HUGH L. JONES
Bishop G. Howard Neal conducted the funeral services here Monday at the Malad First LDS Ward for Hugh Lusk Jones, 6*, who died Friday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Claude Williams.
Prayer at the home was offered by Neal Crowther. At the chapel prayers were offered by John C. Nielsen and D. Dredge Thomas. Speakers were Lavern Colton, who read the obituary , Bishop Neal and W. H. Rutter. Duets were sund by Diane Facer and Ilene Reynolds and Molly Hyer and Eldon Corbridge, and Louis Yearsley sang a solo. Emma S. Ward played the prelude and postlude and accompanied the musical numbers.
Raiford G. Benson dedicated the grave.
Flowers were carried by members of the First Ward Primary.
Bearers were Vernon Jones, Frayne Jones, Cohn Bloxham, Delore Fallis, Jess Ward and Perry Jones.
Interment at the Malad City Cemetery was directed by the Benson Funeral Home.
Mr. Jones was born Oct. 1, 1895, at Malad, a son of William C. Jones and Lucretia Lusk Jones. He married Millie Bloxham Sept. 21, 1920. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple. They were the parents… (continued on another page that was not saved.)
