William Jenkins (Birth 23 Apr 1816/Death 23 May 1880)

William Jenkins was born April 23, 1816 at Dudley, Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom to his parents, Jenkin Williams and Mary Richards.

He married Elizabeth Price October 14, 1840 at Bedwelty, Monmouth, England. They immigrated to the United States in 1870 aboard the ship “Italy”.

He died enroute to Henderson Creek, Oneida Territory, Idaho from Bear River, Utah May 13, 1880. He is buried in the St. John, Oneida, Idaho cemetery.

Survivors: Spouse and children: Jenkin, Jane, Mary, William P., and Rebecca. He was preceded in death by six children.
