Wallace Jones Jenkins, 69, passed away July 31, 1994 at Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City, Utah. He was born July 30, 1925 in Malad, Idaho, to Wallace Lusk and Irene Louise Jones Jenkins. He married Thelma Lamoreaux October 11, 1969 in St. George, Utah.

He was a longtime Henderson resident, from 1969 to 1987. He retired as a machinist from Kerr/McGee Chemical in July 1987 and moved to Paragonah, Utah where he has served on the town council since January. He served in the United States Marine Corps during WWII. He was well liked and loved by family and friends.

Survivors are his wife Thelma of Paragonah, Utah; children Byron Lee Jenkins of Las Vegas, Diane (Jim) Werner of Henderson, Nevada; Lorraine (Larry) Clark of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Torrie (Alan) Hunter of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Torrence Clow of Henderson, Nevada; Greg Clow of Las Vegas, Nevada, Andrea Cripps of Roswell, Georgia; Georgia Francis Spears of Carbondale, Illinois, and Dr. Roger Paul Clow of Wailuku, Hawaii; 31 grandchildren. Brothers: Stanley Jenkins of Chubbuck, Idaho, and Eugene Jenkins of Fresno, California. Sisters: Elene (Grant) Pincock of Malad, Idaho and Karen (Alan) Sobel of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Funeral services were held Thursday, August 4, 1994 at the Paragonah Church. Interment was in the Paragonah Cemetery.
