FRISBY, VIRGINIA HUGHES, August 23, 1911 – July 10, 2004

Our loving mother and grandmother, Virginia Hughes Frisby, 92, suffered a heart attack on July 10, 2004 and was reunited with her husband and loved ones who have been waiting for her. Virginia was born on August 23, 1911 in Malad, Idaho to James Robert Hughes and Elizabeth Jenkins. She was the third youngest of nine children.

She married Elmo J. Frisby May 14, 1938 in Malad, Idaho. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on May 15, 1939. They were married for 33 years until Elmo’s death in 1971. They had two children, Jimmy D. and Dana I. They had three grandchildren, Russell James Frisby, Michele McClellan and Angelic McClellan. She worked as a receptionist for the Paris Store Beauty Salon for ten years, then as a manager for ZCMI beauty salon for 20 years. She retired at the age of 75. She married Wendel Camp on August 23, 1985. They were married for 13 years.

She is survived by her son Jimmy D. Frisby (Juanna), her daughter Dana I. Frisby McClellan (Bruce), two grandchildren, Russell Frisby and Angelic McClellan and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elmo, brother James J. (Bud) Hughes, sisters Melba Barnes, Emma Whitworth, Jane Jessop, Elizabeth Hughes, Wanda Thorpe, Ramona Jones, Rachel Smith and her granddaughter Michele McClellan.

Funeral services will be held July 15, 2004 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, Salt Lake City, Utah.
