Scott Michael Rose

Scott Michael Rose, 29, of Meridian, died Friday 27,1992 at Meridian. Scott was born February 8, 1963, at Bountiful, Utah, a son of Derrell G. and Faye J. Goulet Rose. He grew up and attended school at Malad, Idaho. He married Stacy L. Kiest on September 6, 1983, at Evanston, Wyoming, where he was a driller in the oil fields. In September, 1986, the family moved to Meridian. Scott was employed by Tonto Drilling of Salt Lake City, Utah, as a core driller. He travelled and worked throughout the Northwest and Hawaii. When he could be home, Scott’s family was his life.

Survivors include: his wife Stacy L. Rose, of Meridian; two daughters, Kimberly A. Rose and Makayla A. Rose, both of Meridian; His father Derrell G. Rose, of Tucson, Arizona; Mother, Faye J. Goulet, of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; Two sisters, Barbara Scott, of Waco, Texas; Renee Padilla, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; A brother Ryan Rose, Meridian; Paternal Grandmother Hellen Rose, of Malad; Maternal Grandparents Ernie and Vi Gilchrist, of Kalispell, Montana; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Scott was preceded in death by a brother David and grandfather Gene E. Rose.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 3, 1992 at the Chapel of the Chimes, Meridian. Burial will follow in Meridian Cemetery.
