Sarah Blanche Chivers Price, 82, 94 E. 40 So., Malad, died November 20, 1978 at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden from injuries sustained in an auto accident October 18, 1978 near Plymouth, Utah.

She was born July 25, 1896 in Willow Springs, Idaho, near Malad. A daughter of Lewis H. and Minnie Harris Chivers. She married Edward J. Price on October 7, 1915 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. He died Sept. 24, 1964.

Mrs. Price grew up and was educated in the Malad Valley. She was an active member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include three sons and one daughter; Edward Varlo Price, Darlington, Idaho; DeVon J. Price, Ogden, Utah; Max Neal Price, Fair Oakes, California; Mrs. Norvel Hess, Malad, Idaho; 16 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister; Mrs. Royce (Ella Von) Jones, Ogden, Utah.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 24, 1978 at 12 noon in the Malad LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, with Bishop Wesley Crowther, officiating.

Burial in the Malad City Cemetery.
