SANDRA JEAN PIERCE JONES

Sandra Jean Pierce Jones was born July 27, 1938 to James D. and Marguriete [sic] Pierce in Malad City, Idaho. She passed away March 22, 2005 in Ogden, Utah. She attended schools in Malad and graduated from Malad High School in 1956. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She married Jerry H. Jones November 9, 1957 in Malad. They were the parents of two sons, Jerry Derk Jones and Bernard Todd Jones.

Sandra and Jerry resided in Malad. She worked for Utah Power and Light, Magic Gas Company, Ren’s Chevrolet and South Enterprises.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Jerry H. Jones; a son, Bernard Todd Jones; her mother, Marguerite Pierce; one sister, Diane (George Bowen), Ogden; one granddaughter, Catelin Jones Neal; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Derk Jones, and her father, James D. Pierce.

Funeral services were held in the Malad Second Ward Chapel. Burial was in the St. John Cemetery.
