Ruby Richards Foglesong

FOGLESONG, RUBY RICHARDS, May 12, 1916 – November 4, 1966

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Benson Funeral Home for Mrs. Ruby Richards Foglesong, 50, who died November 4, 1966 in a Tremonton, Utah hospital. Counselor Lyde Facer officiated at the services.

Family prayer was offered by James B. Jones; the invocation by Bishop Earl Gillies and the benediction by Elden Archibald. The speaker was Clarence Kent, who also read the obituary and special music included a vocal solo by Leora Brown; duet, Norma Gleed and June Crowther. Prelude and postlude music was played by Iris Barker.

Raiford G. Benson dedicated the grave at Malad City Cemetery. Flowers were arranged by members of the Fourth LDS Ward Relief Society, Roma Facer, president. Casket bearers were Brent Millward, James Ball, Gary Payne, Gary Babb, Larry Facer and P. Reed Smith.

Benson Funeral Home directed the burial.

She was born May 12, 1916 in Malad, a daughter of Parley M. and Martha Williams Richards. She was married to Edwin E. Foglesong on Sept. 1, 1948 in Salt Lake City.

She received her education in Malad schools. After marriage she made her home in Malad City, Grantsville and Tremonton.

Survivors besides her husband are six daughters and one son, Wayne of Grantsville, UT; Mrs. Brent Millward and Mrs. Gary Babb, Salt lake City; Mrs. P. Reed Smith, Sacramento; CA; Mrs. James Ball, Brigham City, UT.
