Rosabell Agnus Stark Christensen passed away peacefully January 20, 2018 in Malad, Idaho. She was born January 16, 1934 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Walter and Rosabell Brown Stark. Rosie attended Ogden City schools. Rosie married James Jay Christensen, in Ogden, on June 22, 1955. Rosie and Jimmy lived in Ogden until moving to Malad, Idaho in 1994. Besides being a loving wife, mother and grandmother, Rosie adored her animals. She most enjoyed caring for many dogs, cats and her goat “Little Debbie”. Rosie was a Christian. She is survived by her daughter, Tricia (Tracy) Marble; her son, John (Marianne) Christensen; ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy; son, Kevin; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Christensen; and grandson, Shane Marble; four brothers; and one sister. Funeral services will be held Thursday January 25, 2018, in Malad, Idaho, at 12 noon in the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 West 300 North, Malad, Idaho. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 10:30 to 11:45 am. Burial will follow at the Cherry Creek Cemetery.
