Roger Charles Hall, 58, former resident of Portage, died Sunday, July 9, 1995, in San Francisco, Cal.
He was born March 23, 1937 in Portage, a son of Wendall Charles and Fern Halford Hall.
Mr. Hall was reared and educated in Portage and graduated from Bear River High School and University of Utah.
Upon graduation, he moved to California where he had been employed by Price Waterhouse as a CPA. He traveled the world as a purser with American Presidents Cruising Lines and has been a real estate broker in San Francisco. At the present time he was a semi-retired businessman.
Roger will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His genuine love and compassion for his family, his charitable nature for those in need, and his great love for animals were among his choice attributes.
He was a member of the LDS church.
Surviving are his mother of Tremonton; one brother, and two sisters and their spouses, Raymond W. and Mary Hall, Cedar City; Brenda and Lorin McRae, Salt Lake City; Connie Bowen, Ogden; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 15, 10:00 a.m. At the Tremonton Utah Stake Center,
600 N. 300.E., with Bishop Bryce Udy, officiating. Friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. And Saturday, 8:30-9:30 at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home, 111 N. 100 E. Tremonton.
Interment in the Portage Cemetery.
