Funeral Monday at Thatcher Mrs. Relia O. Peterson

Funeral services were held Monday at Thatcher-Penrose LDS Chapel, Thatcher, Utah, for a ****er resident of Pleasantview, **Relia[sic] Otte[sic] Peterson, 66, who **** Thursday[Oct 1969] at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. Burial *** in Logan City Cemetery.

Mrs. Peterson was born Aug. [17,] 1903 in Logan, a daughter of ***ry and Louise Veesaw[sic] Otte[sic]. *** was married to Hyrum How*** Peterson on Aug. 29, 1929 in Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Mrs. Peterson was a member ** the LDS Church and at the **** of her death was a member ** the MIA Stake Board, a Primary and Sunday School teacher *** also a visiting teacher.

She had served as president of * Relief Society, MIA and Primary. She was an Honorary Gold- Gleaner and was a recipient ** the Kerr Canning Award at Utah State Fair.

Surviving are her husband of Thatcher, five sons and two daughters, Mrs. Dean (Jeanne) Hu***Toole, Diane Peterson, R. ***nn Peterson, both of Salt Lake ***y; Hyrum H. Peterson, North **den; Leo K. Peterson, Clark Peterson, both of Thatcher; E. **ss Peterson, USAF, Langley ***ld, Va; nine grandchildren.
