Ralph Earl Wilson


OGDEN – Ralph Earl Wiison, 79, passed away Friday, September 11, 1998 in Ogden of causes incident to cancer.

He was born on June 29, 1919 in Ogden, a son of Walter Wilson and Mary Ann Bennington. He married Anita June Taylor on January 2, 1942 in Malad, Idaho.
He was a member of the LDS Church.
In his younger years he loved to hunt and fish and was an avid bowler.
He was a lifelong resident of Ogden He served in the Navy during WWII. He was a gunman on the U.S.S. Bunker Hill.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Anita June Wilson, Ogden; one son, Russell Earl Wilson, Waddell, Arizona; one daughter, Nancy Ann Wilson, Huntsville; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers and one sister. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
Graveside services will be held on
Tuesday. September 15, 1998 at 12 noon at the Ogden City Cemetery. Friends may call at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.
Interment in Ogden City Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post 129. of which he was a member.
