EVANS, RALPH ADAMS

Ralph Adams Evans, 63, Sandy, Utah, died August 1, 1975 in a Salt Lake City hospital after a short illness. Mr. Evans was born in Malad, October 3, 1911 to John J. and Margaret Adams Evans. He married Ethel Nadeau June 28, 1937 of Caldwell.

His survivors include his wife; daughter, Mrs. Don (Carolyn) Derricott, both of Sandy, two grandchildren; and brothers, George A. Bountiful; John A., Malad.

Mr. Evans was a retired pharmacist, member of the LDS Church, Phi Delta Chi Fraternity, graduate of Northwestern College of Pharmacy, Portland, OR, and member of the Bingham Lions Club.

The funeral took place at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 5 at 8090 S. State St., Sandy.
