PHYLLIS P. JONES

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 o’clock at the Stake tabernacle for Mrs. Phyllis P. Jones, 43, who died Wednesday night (1946) at 11:45 at her home.

Mrs. Jones was born November 17, 1902 at Malad, the daughter of William H. and Katherine Palmer. She was married to Henry Jones April 17, 1929.

She was a graduate of the University of Idaho in 1926, being one of 36 out of a class of 255 to graduate with high honors. She was also a graduate from the conservatory of music at Rochester, New York.

She has taught music here until June of this year. She has been very active in music circles and has rendered a great service to this community.

Surviving besides her husband and parents are the following children; Norma, Donna, Carolyn, Howard and Katherine.
