EVANS, PEARL ADAMS, MARCH 8, 1901 – May 2, 1973

Pearl Adams Evans, 72, Malad, died May 2 of natural causes in a Pocatello nursing home. Born march 8, 1901 in Malad to John Jones and Margaret Adams Evans. Member of LDS Church. Survivors: brothers, sister, John A., Malad; George A., Bountiful, UT; Ralph A., Sandy, UT; Mrs. Alfred (Mollie) DuClair, San Francisco, CA.

Funeral services were held Saturday in the Malad 4th Ward LDS Chapel with Bishop Darrel Swartz officiating. The family prayer was given by Bishop Jesse Hughes, prelude and postlude music by Catherine Limb, invocation by Pres. S.A. Hendricks, vocal number by Ray Limb and Catherine Ann Limb and Margaret Boam, Muriel Wilding and Mary Christensen. The accompanists were Catherine Limb and Pearl Stuart. The benediction was given by Dale Evans. The obituary was given by Deseret Moon; speakers were Bishop Colen Sweeten and Charles O. Simpson. Flowers by the 4th Ward Relief Society, Kay Dean Williams, President.

Casket bearers were Ray Evans, Garn Evans, Tom Evans, Herbert Bowles, Lynn Evans and Ren Ray Bowen.
