OWEN TALBOT DIES APR. 29 AT POCKY

Owen Cash Talbot, age 78, of Pocatello died April 29, 1977 at Bannock Memorial Hospital following an apparent heart attack.

He was born Oct. 28, 1898 at Leamington, UT to Stephen and Katie Olsen Talbot. He married Rosalie Ann Cole, Oct. 22, 1918 at Logan and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Mr. Talbot and his wife lived in St. John where they farmed for 12 years before moving to Pocatello.

In Pocatello he was employed by the Pacific Fruit Express for many years. He was a High Priest in the Tenth Ward.

Survivors include his widow of Pocatello; a son, Stephen Fernand, a daughter, Mrs. Carvel (Rosalie) Stander, both of Seattle, WA; ;and a daughter, Mrs. Eugene (Owenetta) Jack, North Salt Lake City; and two sisters, Mrs. Irving (Sylvia) Christensen, Pocatello; and Mrs. Howard Elzada Stander, Blackfoot.

Funeral services were held May 2 in the Pocatello LDS Stake Center with Bishop Larry Christensen officiating. Graveside services were held at St. John, May 2. Hyrum Talbot gave the dedicatory prayer.
