Orsen Sirren Bybee

Bybee, Orsen Siren – 19 May 1905

Orsen Sirren Bybee 89, of Soda springs, passed away Saturday, March 18, 1995, in Logan, Utah.
He was born May 19,1905, at Grace, the son of William Velesco and Agnes Sarah Culter Bybee. He and Faunda Gweneviere Romero traveled to Salt Lake City in his Model T Ford to be married June 5, 1929 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Mrs. Bybee passed away November 22, 1984.

He was reared and educated in Soda Springs area, where he farmed. He lived the last four years in Logan, Utah. He attended school in Meadowville and Idaho State Technical College, studying mechanics and music.

He was a member of the LDS Church. He was a past member of Caribou County Search and Rescue; he also served on the school board.

He had served in the Idaho National guard. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, rocks, music, sporting events.
He is survived by three sons, and one daughter and their spouses, Sirren and Barbra Bybee, Bennion, Utah, Don and Roeen Bybee, Sandy, Utah, Andrew R. Byee and Patsy Bybee, Malad, Idaho, and Pauline and Ron Schaeffer, Logan, Utah; also 25 grandchildren, and 37 greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters, William, and Alden, Fern, Floss, Jennie and Sybil.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, March, 22, 1195. Burial was in Fairfield Cemetery in Soda Springs.
