Nina Marie Jones
January 17, 1926 – December 3, 2022

Nina Marie Jones, age 96 a beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully, Saturday, December 3, 2022. She married Ives E Jones on June 5, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nina is survived by two of her children, Todd Jones and wife Jeanine, and Diane Lawrenz and Ross Lawrenz, seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She had another daughter, Teresa, who passed away in 2008.

Nina was born in Rogerson, Idaho on January 17, 1926. She was the youngest daughter of John and Elizabeth Heckli who had 4 girls and 1 boy who have all passed away. She loved watching NBA basketball. Ives moved to Caldwell, Idaho in 1963 where Ives owned the Western Auto Store and Nina worked in the Bank of Idaho. They moved to Eagle, Idaho to be close to their daughters in 2005. After Ives passed away she lived alone for 10 years before moving in with Diane and her family. A graveside service will be held in the Malad City Cemetery, Malad, Idaho on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 2pm. There will be a viewing for one hour prior at the Horsley Funeral Home.
