FORREST, MICHAEL DARREN, July 15, 1962 – March, 1963

Michael Darren Forrest, 7 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas and Rae Lou Broyles Forrest died Monday night in the Oneida Hospital of an illness since birth. The family are members of the Catholic Church.

The baby was born July 15, 1962 at Malad.

Survivors include his parents, one brother, James Thomas Forrest, Jr.; two sisters, Kathryn M. Forrest and Deena R. Forrest, all of Malad; grandparents, Mrs. E. R. Broyles, Portland; and Mrs. F. Shafer, Davenport, Iowa.

Mass of the Angels was celebrated Wednesday in the Benson Funeral Home. Burial was in a Portland, Oregon cemetery.
